I want to start and say how pleased my family and I are with the new siding and windows that were installed by All Florida Exteriors! The whole experience was very satisfactory. SALES - Dave who was the sales rep that came out and explained in detail everything that was needed for our house, Siding, Soffit and Window replacement. Dave answered all questions professionally and was very patient with our inquiries. He also had everything on hand for use to actually review and handle (windows and siding). We decided to choose All Florida Exteriors based on the knowledge and professionalism Dave has and there was no pressure to close a deal. He was more than willing with give us time to think things through and look at other options. INSTALLATION - We had a few weeks to wait for install as we were getting new windows installed and those had to be built from the manufacturer in West Virginia. Once the windows were ready, everything happened in a very fast and professional manor. All materials were delivered on a Tuesday and Wednesday, Mark and his crew arrived. They wasted no time in getting to work! They took their time to remove the original (50-year-old) siding off the house in sections. Once that was done, the windows and insulation were installed. Once that was done, then came the siding and the soffit. Again, Mark and crew did a fantastic job with everything they did. I would even bring them Gatorades and snacks to show my appreciation of their hard work in making my home new again. A huge shout out to Mark and his crew for everything they did! Professional is the main word I can use to describe them! CLEAN UP - Mark and crew did a great job of cleaning all the debris and hauled everything off. The only things left were some extra siding pieces that was extra they ordered to make sure they had enough. The extra was picked up the next day by the warehouse crew. FINAL THOUGHTS - It can be scary deciding to make a huge change like this when it comes to your home. The ease of everything involved with going the route we took with All Florida Exteriors made us all at ease. The vinyl is top notch with the color being exactly what I wanted before the meeting with Dave. I love how my home looks now more than when I first bought it 40 years ago! Just had the siding replaced on my home built in 1997 because it was very tired looking and had many chips around the bottom. James came to provide a quote and he brought material samples and photos of prior work with him. James was very thorough with the quote and while it was not the absolute cheapest quote I received I felt confident they would do a good job. The estimate for the time it would take was less than 2 weeks. Elisado was the installer, he did most of the work on his own apart from one day when he had help and he did a great job. His work ethic and attention to detail was fantastic. The job had to be inspected at two different points and passed both times with flying colors. The job only took 7 work days to complete. The siding job completely transformed the look of the house and I have attached pictures to show that. I would highly recommend the team at All Florida Exteriors. Fair price, good work and great follow through.

Dave and his crew did an amazing job on our exterior renovation. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job. Addressed and concerns and add ons to our job promptly. Very happy with service provided. They transformed my manufactured home with the loose plastic siding to a beautiful solid looking building. I also had them put a skirt on my shed to keep critters out. It looks awesome.

I was totally pleased with the results. We added vinyl board and batten to our home. I received a very detailed quote of what would be done, and felt comfortable that they were professional, and not just someone who watched a few YouTube videos. They were not the lowest of three quotes received, but I felt they were the most competent and capable. Install team was excellent. Overall the house looks outstanding!

We used these guys for our siding and wow, so impressed with the way this came out. Our house looks brand new and they went above and beyond to re-mount our ring cameras and other things too. It took about 3-4 months for them to start the work from when we paid, but they explained that this would be the case when we signed the contract so it wasn't a surprise. Now that it's done though we are so happy - thank you guys 🥰
